General Conditions of Sale (GCS)

1. PRESENTATION OF THE COMPANY
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) are concluded between:
• The Individual Enterprise of Parseval Nathalie – Icy Mouse , registered with the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Paris under SIRET number 489 824 151 00018 , whose registered office is located at 146 rue du Chemin Vert, 75011 Paris, France , represented by Mrs. Nathalie de Parseval , hereinafter “the Company” , and
• Any natural or legal person making a purchase via the icymouse.com site hosted on Shopify , hereinafter “the Customer” .

2. PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of handcrafted jewelry made by the Company, marketed via the Shopify platform.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GTC
Any order on the icymouse.com website implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Customer acknowledges having read the General Terms and Conditions and declares that they accept them before placing an order .
4. PRODUCTS
• The jewelry sold on icymouse.com is handcrafted , handmade.
• Slight variations in shade, texture or finish may exist, which is part of the unique character of the product.
• Product photographs are provided for information purposes only and may differ slightly from the product received.
5. PRICES AND TAXES
• Prices are indicated in euros (€) , excluding taxes (HT) and including all taxes (TTC) depending on the country of dispatch.
• Delivery costs are specified during the ordering process and are added to the price of the product.
• For deliveries outside the European Union , customs fees and other local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the Customer .
6. ORDER & PAYMENT
6.1 Order process
The Customer must follow the following steps on icymouse.com :
1. Select the product(s) and add them to the cart.
2. Check your order details and enter your delivery details.
3. Accept the T&Cs and proceed to payment via Shopify.
4. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.
6.2 Payment methods
Payments are secure and managed through Shopify Payments and other providers (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Accepted credit cards :
✅ Visa, Mastercard, American Express
✅ PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
7. DELIVERY
7.1 Delivery times & methods
• Jewelry is shipped within 4 business days after order validation.
• Deliveries are made by La Poste or Mondial Relay depending on the option chosen by the Customer.
7.2 Delivery Problems
• Incorrect Address : If the address provided is incorrect, the reshipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
• Lost or damaged package : The Customer must contact the carrier and inform the Company by email within 48 hours of receipt .
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code , the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal.
Product return:
• The Customer must inform the Company of his wish to return the product by e-mail to contact@icymouse.com .
• The product must be returned in perfect condition , in its original packaging, by tracked mail , at the Customer's expense.
• Refund : Once the return is validated, the refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions : Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged .
9. WARRANTIES
• Jewelry benefits from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code ).
• In the event of a defect , the Customer may request an exchange or a refund.

10. RESPONSIBILITY
The Company cannot be held responsible:
• Site outages related to Shopify, payments, or carriers.
• From the temporary unavailability of products.
• Indirect damages related to the use of jewelry.
11. DATA PROTECTION
• Personal information is collected only for order processing .
• Shopify handles payment and data security according to GDPR .
• The Customer may request the modification or deletion of their data at any time (contact: contact@icymouse.com ).
12. MEDIATION IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE
If a disagreement arises, the Customer can contact CNPM Médiation Consommation ( http://cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu ).
13. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These T&Cs are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the courts of Paris will have jurisdiction.
14. MODIFICATIONS TO THE GTC
The T&Cs may be updated at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the day of the order.
