How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for a basket over €100 in France and €160 in other countries. Otherwise, it costs €4 for mainland France and €8 for other countries and the French Overseas Territories. If the package weighs more than 100g (large necklaces), delivery costs €6 for mainland France and €14 for other countries and the French Overseas Territories. If the package is more than 3 cm thick (large rings), delivery costs €6 for mainland France, €15 for Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg and Portugal, and €30 for other countries and the French Overseas Territories.

What is the average delivery time?

Packages are shipped on average between 1 and 4 business days after ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In France and Belgium, delivery takes between 3 and 6 business days. In Europe and internationally, delivery can take up to 10 days.

If an item is unavailable for a period exceeding 20 working days from the day following the day on which the Customer placed their order, they will be immediately notified of the expected delivery times and the order for this item may be cancelled upon simple request. The Customer may then request a credit note for the amount of the item or a full refund and cancellation of the order.

What are the return conditions?

You can change your mind without giving a reason, within 14 days of receiving the order, by sending an email to contact@icymouse.com . The price of the jewelry purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return costs by tracked mail will remain your responsibility. Once the return is validated, the refund will be made within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exception : Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Icy Mouse will refund or exchange defective products or products that do not match the order . Refunds can be requested by email at contact@icymouse.com . The product must be returned by registered mail, in its original packaging and in a bubble envelope. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed by Icy Mouse.

Customs fees and local taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees and other local taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the Customer.
