Delivery is free for baskets over €100 in France and €150 in other countries. Otherwise it costs €4 for mainland France, €6 for Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg and Portugal, and €8 for other countries and France overseas. If the parcel is more than 3 cm thick, delivery costs €6 for mainland France, €15 for Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg and Portugal, and €30 for other countries and France overseas.
What is the average delivery time?
Packages are sent on average between 1 and 5 days after the order. The delivery time in letter followed varies according to the destination. In France it takes between 2 and 4 working days.
How to track my order ?
The jewels are sent in letter followed, and the tracking number is provided in order to follow the progress of the routing
What are the return conditions?
You can change your mind without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, by sending an email to contact@icymouse.com . The price of the jewel(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs will remain your responsibility.
Is the concrete strong?
Yes, but if it falls on a hard surface like tiles, there is a small risk that it will break.
Is the concrete stained by water?
No, the water dries without a trace. However, it is not recommended to put the jewelry under water as this could damage the decorative elements or the chains.
Where can I see the jewels “in real life”?
In the shops listed in the “outlets” section or at the workshop in Paris, by making an appointment by sending an email to contact@icymouse.local
Is there a choice in the length of the chains?
The chains all measure 41 cm (which corresponds to the standard length of a “choker” necklace) but you have the option of requesting a 5 cm extension.
Where are the primers purchased?
Preferably in Europe, in order to limit the carbon footprint. Gold-filled chains come from the United States.
Are jewels made with the same mold and with the same decorative elements identical?
No, each piece is unique because the appearance of concrete varies slightly depending on the amount of water used, the temperature and the degree of humidity in the piece. In addition, small air bubbles may appear, giving a particular touch to each jewel. The jewel received may therefore differ slightly from the photo.
